摘要

Adding phytogenic flavouring substances to the diet can help the overall performance and health of an animal in a natural way. Recent trials showed an elevated immune response and a positive effect on the metabolic transfer in chicks and piglets. This article briefly discusses the effects of phytogenic flavours as feed additives on the immune system, feed intake, metabolic transfer and enzyme activity of chicks and piglets.
